    If I will be the instructor, I will choose the normal way.
    Actually, hindi appropriate na tawaging normal way yung Jogging etc. kasi they are both similar exercise .. the only difference is the way it is performed.

    Well, the reason why I choose jogging etc. simply because it is more natural. You don't need any equipment, just yourself, right?

    It doesn't mean that if you work out, the lungs of a smoker will fix.
    First, stop smoking .. it will be hard, so try to lessen first.
    At kung hindi na babalikan ang masamang bisyo, tuloy tuloy na yun. Eat nutritious foods and daily exercise. Motivate yourself to not smoke again, try to be friendly ? Do some activities na maiiba yung focus mo.

    hello po, iwasan mong mag puyat nga mag puyat kasi po nakakadami ng pimples yan and pag kagaling mo ng labas nyo before ka matulog try mong mag half bath kasi dumi yan galing sa labas... kaya nag kakapimples ang tao..
